To wit:<blockquote>New Kansas coach Charlie Weis told a Kansas City radio station he doesn't plan on being a Jayhawk for life (as relayed by ESPN): "It's going to be a quick stop. It's going to be five years. ... What we're going to do here is we're going to go try to turn this program into a perennial winning program and then try to have it where one of the guys on this coaching staff takes over."</blockquote>Good thing he let them know he was bigger than KU and would be moving on to better things as soon as he was done... I'm sure that could only serve to motivate his players, right?
His 5-year plan at ND worked out great for them, so there's no reason to expect this one to be any less successful.
Hope he name-dropped Tom Brady, or "Tommy" as he calls him too, since obviously, Charlie was solely responsible for his success... just look at how great Brady Quinn and Jimmy Clausen are doing. Oh wait.
