Decent WR....seems like most sites say he's got a lot of upside but needs a lot of technique and route running work. Apparently he can jump extremely high though which will be nice to have on the roster. Both WR's in this class are pretty tall, I like it. I like that he has Oklahoma State, Iowa, and Missouri on his offer list. Pretty solid group.

Not a troll question, but is there a reason why the Wolverines will sign 27 or 28 recruits for 2012? Are they pulling an SEC and cutting players before next fall? Do they have a bunch of extra spots for some reason because it looks like they only have 19 or 20 players who are graduating/done playing?

We have a bunch of extra scholarships and 28, I think, is the max you can sign in the big ten. Even with this large of a class I still think we will be short like 2-3 scholarship players for the 2012 season; which will likely be given to the most deserving walk on players for the year. In case you missed it, we've lost like 7 or more guys since Hoke was hired. We originally were supposed to have a class around 21 but since those departures it's gone up a lot. Most of the extra spots have come from non-seniors leaving. Off the top of my head I can think of: Cullen Christian, Barnette, Stokes, and Posada. I know there's more but that's 4 more scholarships right there.

this year's senior calss was a bit smaller and some losses during the season freed up some scholies
