Cleveland 107 Detroit 90 Final GAME # 2

Hitting 15 threes and losing sucks. Svg criticized himself for not using Johnson more in his post game interview.

It was.. But the more I think on game one the more i feel that we let one get away sadly.

The odds are stacked against the Pistons not because they can't play basketball with Cleveland, but it's because they have to beat LeRefs AND outplay the Cavs. If the game was officated properly LeBron would foul out of a large chunk of games he plays in, he gets away with more offensive fouls using his off-arm on drives than any player i've ever seen. The Cavs got almost every 50/50 call in their favor and the refs were blowing whistles on ticky tack shit on the Pistons, it's so blatant who they want to win, even the announcer creams his pants when the Cavs make a shot and barely reacts when the Pistons scored. It's just sad a team has almost no chance to win because of the league coddling their 'superstars' and not calling the game by the rules...it's all about marketing the stars which is why the NBA is a joke. LeBron's an overrated bitch that needed a stacked team full of HoFers just to win in a historically weak conference and with the refs aiding him he has -2- completely fraudulent titles, one in a shortened season and the other old man Ray Allen saved his legacy on a 3 pointer that shouldn't even have counted because he travelled or else LeBitch has -0- titles. He's the most overrated player in the history of the game.

The NBA is but a specter of what it was a generation ago. Maybe superior athletes today, but not superior basketball players.

Cavs have already made 11 three pointers. Their offense is basically shooting 3's and watching Lebron dominate. Seems to be effective though.

So...they haven't made a shot since I tuned in. I'm turning it back off.

SVG has to fire them up for the fourth. Get back to setting up quality points in the paint.

I sure hope La-Bitch and company lose out again for a NBA Title..

I like the coach but that's on him. The other team is winning with the 3 ball don't let them continue. We need a Bill Laimbeer - nice elbow to the chops.

Stanley Johnson is a dope.

From ESPN article

"I'm definitely in his head, that's for sure," Johnson said after a 107-90, Game 2 loss to the Cavs. "That's for sure."

Johnson, a 19-year-old from the University of Arizona, has been outspoken the past few days about his feelings that he could give James some problems defensively.

James was 12-for-18 from the field Wednesday and scored 27 points, but Johnson said he felt he held his own.

"I could care less if I'm in his head or in his mind or anything like that," Johnson said. "I'm just trying to play basketball. It's up to him how he wants to react to whatever he does. I think I'm in a good place. He had a great night. He's had a couple great nights. He made a couple tough-ass shots.

According to ESPN Stats & Information, James has scored 15 points on 7-for-9 shooting against Johnson as his primary defender in the series. James was 6-for-6 against Johnson for 13 points on Wednesday.
