Jim Washburn likes to use this drill the test the tightness in the hips and knees. He has players jump flatfooted over blocking bags and pick up tennis balls on the run.
I have heard of the drill before, but never actually seen it. As many of us heard yesterday, Jadaveon Clowney jumped seven blocking bags, three of them the extra wides, which had never been done before, showing off his freakish athleticism.
But until you watch the video, you don't realize how impressive it really is. I can promise you guys, if I did this over two bags, I would land on my damned face.
