Not strange at all. Living under authoritarian government is not really living. Better to die fighting against that than to "live" under it.

You don't get that because you support Socialism, which IS an authoritarian government. You think it would be great because they would force everyone to live a specific lifestyle. In your vision, everyone is happy and lives well.

Of course the truth and reality is they will be forcing you to live in ways you do not like and if you complain they will at best throw you in jail until they feel you will no longer complain, but you will never grasp that fact until it happens to you. Afterwards you will then fight against it, but they will have taken away guns so you have no weapons worth a damn to fight with. All your protests will put you back in jail again, at best. A new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) study is being used by mainstream media to fearmonger Americans into taking Covid vaccines.

Yahoo Finance published an article with the headline, ?Unvaccinated LA residents were 29 times more likely to be hospitalized with COVID-19: CDC study.?

Citing the Los Angeles County Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report released on Tuesday, even local news promoted the claim that ?Unvaccinated L.A. County residents [are] 5 times more likely to get COVID, 29 times more likely to be hospitalized.?

Looking at a screenshot of the CDC release, one can observe the definitions for what they consider ?fully vaccinated,? ?partially vaccinated,? or ?unvaccinated.?

According to the chart, ?unvaccinated <14 days receipt of the first dose of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of the single-dose vaccine or if no vaccination registry data were available.?

This means if someone was hospitalized, admitted to ICU, required mechanical ventilation or died within two weeks of getting the jab they are being counted as ?unvaccinated.?


Unfortunately, because the data is not specific enough, we don?t know how many truly unvaccinated people were hospitalized or died of Covid in Los Angeles County from May to late July.

The entire report can basically be tossed into the trash thanks to the inclusion of the recently vaccinated in the unvaccinated category.

This intentionally misleading data is now being used to infringe on the rights of the people of California and across the entire United States as vaccine mandates and passports are being rolled out nationwide.

so two things can't be true at the same time? A study that shows masking children isn't effective in stemming the spread in schools must contradict and invalidate a study that shows mask can actually be harmful due to the concentration of CO2 from mask wearers rebreathing. Or is the reverse, where the study that shows people are rebreathing more of their own exhaled air proves that masks are effective in stemming the spread of COVID by kids (even though the evidence suggest otherwise)?

There are lots of, you know, gaps in masks from which exhalation can escape with each exhalation. And since only a miniscule measure of CO2 or COVID molecules pass though the mask, but, rather, around it, and, further, the CO2 molecules encased inside larger water globules that are trapped in the mask are then inhaled into the lungs once more.

So, your observation is wholly irrelevant.

How much trapped CO2 can cause damage?

I don?t know and neither do you.

I would think the scientists who did the study do.

As non-scientists, let?s just do what we do on such a situation and just pull a number out of our collective ass.

Let?s say the same % of both gets out - let?s say it?s 95%.

If 95% of the Covid gets out, it makes sense that the mask is pretty useless.

How do you know that rebreathing 5% of CO2 over and over isn?t harmful?

You don?t know and I don?t know.

Whatever % of CO2 is trapped, the actual scientific researchers who conducted the study seem to think it is.

How would that work? I don't think CO2 is a huge part of what you exhale, but if you retain 5% of it, does your mask then blow up like a balloon over time? Will it also retain 5% of the nitrogen? Then we're really blowing up a balloon.

It's August 26. I'll refer this post if I am incorrect. Look for another "variant" on September 1. And this one will be far more "lethal" than any other. But the vaccines in place "should be able to limit its danger," and "the unvaccinated" are at "extreme risk".
