A history of regular colds help you fight covid. Obviously, not enough to have prevented what happened, but still interesting.
I'm 100% behind this. I always avoid/delay as much as possible taking cold or flu meds. They are designed to reduce the body's natural ways of fighting off diseases, which once I understood that (because schools, parents and doctors do not explain such things), I quit them and instead created what works for me. A 32oz bottle of Gatorade, lots of water, chips and spicy salsa, an organic tea that soothes sore throats, soups (chicken soup really is amazing at helping the body when sick)... any/all of that is better than OTC meds designed to reduce the immune system's natural responses.
Yes, in extremes one needs help, but I constantly hear of people going to unscrupulous doctors (usually Russian) to get Zpacs when they have a viral infection, which boggles my mind as those are for fighting bacteria not viruses.
And this is where modern medicine has taken us, to where people pop pills instead of naturally recovering. And it is mostly done to pump more money into Big Pharma.
There are some doctors with morals and ethics still. Those have been the ones criticized for being against vax mandates.
I'm actually a little surprised this article was even allowed to be published.
