Put all of your trade ideas in this thread (reasonable to the insane) (knowing the common Tiger fan, I'm sure I will see an Raburn for Ryan Braun trade pop up somewhere) I'll start off:

Nick Castellanos, Jacob Turner, Delmon Young, Brennan Boesch, and any one of Oliver/Crosby

For Hanley Ramirez, Josh Johnson, and Omar Infante.

Castellanos, Turner, Oliver, Crosby, Avisail Garcia, Raburn, Young
for Felix Hernandez.

Castellanos, Turner, Oliver, Crosby, Avisail Garcia, Raburn, Young
for Ryan Braun.

RE Post #1: I "love" trade ideas that batch a crap-sack full of bad players and prospects for proven players.

With the exception of this week only, Ramirez is having a piss-poor season, again.

How about Turner, Castellanos, Porcello, Boesch, Rondon, and Brantly for Price, Kershaw or King Felix?

How but Gut feeling thoughts also? I can not shake the feeling that we are going to end up with Carlos Quentin for BB and a couple of others maybe turner now. Or at least that it was seriously considered recently, maybe off the table now hopefully if it was.

Quentin shouldn't cost that much. He's a FA after the year and has pretty much said that he wants to return to his hometown of San Diego even if he's traded this year.

No way. Miguel does it every year. Trout has done it once. We better get two minor league studs and another ML stud to go with it.

That's where the $20 million a year comes into play. That will buy you almost any player out there. Go sign Josh Hamilton next off season.

HOF player who still has lots of years for a rookie? The Angels would be dumb not to.

Look at it from a the team's POV. You are trading a player that most think could be the best player in baseball for the next 10 years and you have him on the cheap for the next 4-5 years. That's the side of it that I am coming from. Right now Trout is the better player....we just don't know if he will continue to be this guy.

Where were all the Trout supporters when he hit .220 and had a .281 OBP?

No way the Tigers would accept a straight up Trout for Cabrera trade, established, perennial MVP candidate, HOF bound hitter for a rookie who has in no way shown that he is capable of keeping up the pace he is at right now. If the Angels wanted Cabrera, they would have to toss in Howie Kendrick and a top prospect.
