Willie Young - DL - Bears
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Bears DE/OLB Willie Young is on the trade block.
Young recorded 10 sacks for the Bears last season, but he tore his Achilles in Week 16 and is not a great fit in the team's new 3-4 scheme. He would be a great pickup for a 4-3 team. Young will likely be released if the Bears cannot move him.

Jason Babin - DL - Free Agent
Jets released OLB Jason Babin.
The move saves the Jets $1.5 million against the cap. Babin recorded just two sacks across 16 games for New York last season and was behind Quinton Coples on the depth chart. Sophomore Trevor Reilly's roster spot should now be safe.

Jaylen Watkins - DB - Free Agent
Eagles waived CB Jaylen Watkins.
The Eagles were trying to trade the 2014 fourth-rounder out of Florida but could not find any takers. Watkins struggled as a slot corner this preseason, but his draft pedigree will earn him another shot.

That's eight teams for Babin in 13 seasons. How does this guy keep finding a team to take him if no one wants him, or how does he keep getting cut if he's good enough to play?

That is baffling to me. Personally I think his best football is behind him, but damn... talk about a guy with frequent flyer miles.

Pass on all of them

I wouldn't mind kicking the tires on Willie Young again. He showed some impact here, the Bears just paid a HEAP to bring him in as a starter, and he's a rotational guy.

Of course, I don't know if there's any gas left in the tank after the achilles blow out. He may be running on a flat tire.

I have read in the past that Babin is a terrible locker room guy. King dousche

Can't be any worse than Jason Jones

Young did not get cut. Maybe when Ratliff comes back after 3 games suspension

I was at Western the same time he was. King Douche is putting it mildly.

That is one reason I will always love Delmas and Tony Scheffler, regardless of what team they play(ed) on. Both of those guys were at Western while I attended, and even though they basically owned the school, they would always be nice and treat other students like friends. Delmas in particular was a funny dude to be around, I ran into him at several parties and he would play Beer Pong on a team with whoever asked. Just wouldnt drink.

Crazy that he wouldn't drink.... I've always got the vibe that Delmas was a cool down to earth guy, just sucks for him he can never stay healthy.... Damn shame because he is a pretty decent player...

And braindead on the field. It always made some of the stupidest plays like hitting guys well after the play or out of bounds etc.

I was a bit shocked last night watching Hard Knocks that the Texans had dumped Louis Nix. I know some of you wanted the Lions to draft him as an eventual Suh replacement. He was the first pick of the 3rd round in 2014 and already done. He never even recorded a tackle in a regular season game.
