the article you posted said hes rated as the 3rd rated S which would mean a rd 2 pick.
 
I think there is a strong possibility he goes in the tail end of the first round.

Every team out there, including Seattle, is trying to build a more dominating secondary. The NFL rules have been tailored in recent years to amp up the passing game, and the only way to stop it is to have a secondary so fierce they can lock it down.

There will not be three CBs taken this year in the first round, so a third safety, especially a guy with a high grade, is a possible reach at picks 22-32.

After losing Browner, it may even be the Seahawks that take him. At 6-1 he's got the length the Seahawks like in a DB.

That's almost why I'd go for Ha Ha at 10. Moves our recent acquisition to depth and the S position is much improved.
