Detroit Lions - Team Notes

Lions players respond to Bears WR Taylor Gabriel?s trash talk.
It?s on.
It all started with a report saying that the Detroit Lions would take on the Chicago Bears on Thanksgiving for the second straight season. Bears writer Aaron Leming responded with a frustrated ?Again?? on Twitter, apparently not thrilled with the redundant matchup.

That?s when Chicago Bears wide receiver made this much bigger news. Responding to Fleming, Gabriel tweeted ?Easy W don?t worry? in a now-deleted tweet.

The slight was picked up by several news sources?including our expertly-written version here?and the news spread that Gabriel was dissing the Lions.

Unsurprisingly, word got around to Lions players, and they were not happy. First, there was Quandre Diggs, who can be seen in the photo from this story breaking up a pass to Gabriel.
