Detroit Lions training camp update: Eric Ebron carted off, may have suffered Achilles injury.
PrideOfDetroit

Eric Ebron was carted off the field with an Achilles' injury at Lions practice Saturday.
Ebron went down and was "grabbing the back" of his Achilles' on his right leg. Per beat writer Dave Birkett, Ebron could put no pressure on the leg when he tried to get up. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport called the injury potentially "devastating." Ebron took a step forward as a second-year player and the Lions are/were counting on a major third-year leap post-Megatron. They are extremely thin at tight end with Brandon Pettigrew (ACL) on PUP and Tim Wright (ACL) on I.R. Someone named "Cole Wick" is now atop Detroit's depth chart.

If Eric Ebron’s injury is significant, what’s next for the Detroit Lions?
