2016 NFL Draft rankings: Top ten offensive tackles.

I like Jason Spriggs, but if the Lions do draft an offensive tackle at 16 with Quinn's Patriots' philosophy, it won't surprise me if it was Taylor Decker.

I'm pretty sure we are going to sign Okung, KC. If not a Rd 1 tackle is certainly in play. Spriggs is more of a second day guy (I like him too).

Free agent left tackle Russell Okung has an offer in hand from the Steelers, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com (Twitter link), while Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times reports (Twitter link) that Okung has no other visits planned at this time. Okung is just one of a few offensive tackles whom Pittsburgh has either met with or plans to meet with, including Ryan Harris and Chris Hairston. Kelvin Beachum, the Steelers? left tackle for the past few seasons, remains unsigned, and is taking visits with other clubs.

The Lions informed Tahir Whitehead that he'll compete for the team's starting middle linebacker job.
They gave him the assurance of getting a chance to replace Stephen Tulloch when Whitehead was re-signed for $8 million over two years. Whitehead did a bang-up job at middle linebacker when Tulloch missed time in 2014, and could be an IDP asset this season if he's able to win the every-down position.
