Detroit Lions - Team Notes

Few more personnel moves for the Lions:
-Mark Stephenson is new director of player performance.
-Joe Kelleher moved from college scouting coordinator to pro scout
-Ron Miles takes over as college coordinator
-Eloy Ledesma is the new BLESTO scout
-Steve Neal is now an area scout

The Lions have hired former Rams, Jets, Patriots and Giants LB Roman Phifer as an area scout, according to the team's website.
They have also hired Dylan Thompson as a character coach/team development. Thompson, a former QB at South Carolina, was with Charleston Southern's men's basketball program last year and was recommended to CSU by Jack Easterby, who is New England's character coach.
