Al Al updates:

Internal bleeding for Al Alburquerque was mild. Tigers obviously encouraged he was released today.

Tigers trainer Kevin Rand said the ball hit Al Alburquerque right above the left ear.

It's called the 7-day DL for concussions, but at this point #Tigers have no idea how long Alburquerque will be out.

And, no, he can't fly home with #Tigers, someone will drive him back from Baltimore on Sunday.
