they dominate unelected positions in government (CIA, FBI, EPA, Interior, etc, etc) which is why they get away with stuff like this. Any bit of light gets shown on this and nothing happens to them. Hillary's emails got leaked and proved she lied about EVERYTHING including having classified information and they made a bigger deal about who the leaker was and dreamed up a bullshit conspiracy to investigate while she got off scot free.

There is clear evidence the DNC colluded with Ukraine to dig up dirt on Trump for the 2016 election and nothing got investigated but we got 2 years of Congress chasing and obviously made up tale about Trump and Russia.

Trump merely suggests Ukraine should investigate the Bidens' apparent corruption and Joe Biden is on video saying bragging that he threatened to withhold $1B from Ukraine if they didn't fire the prosecutor investigating the son his worthless and incompetent son got a board seat on and again, not one Democrat and nobody in the media cares to investigate the Bidens. Instead we're being treated to another circus based on NOTHING. Nobody cares that the Bidens are obviously corrupt and selling influence just like the Clinton's did w/ their sham foundation. Not only do they not care, they're actively making up conspiracy theories to frame Trump for the exact crimes they're willfully giving powerful Dems a free pass on.

They don't have to be good or clever or even competent, they have unelected gov't lackies doing their bidding and the media running cover for them.

Why is that exactly? Legit question, I don't know how appointment in those positions work or why an incoming administration couldn't just replace them.

i dont know, i assume some are appointed and some are hired and some are unaffiliated like Blasy-Ford. im not sure if the whistleblower, who last i heard was some Obama admin lacky, was an appointee or just a regular employee. but it's clear Obama weaponized the IRS, DOJ and FBI to go after political opponents and none of these shills are penalized for their misdeeds. If there was any level of parity among the leadership, they'd have a tougher time getting away with it.

I assume appointees can be replaced at the discretion of the president but i dont know if they can just go in and fire entire departments and refill them. plus, that in itself would take years.
