Don Brown to Temple?

I guess Brown interviewed there for the HC position, which went to someone else (Diaz), but Diaz just dumped Temple for Miami after Mark Richt suddenly retired.

Don Brown looking elsewhere could explain the big "WHY?" I have after seeing the final score in the OSU and UF games. Shades of the way Dirtbag Durkin left in 2015?

The way we're getting burned with wide open receivers, does anyone have a strong read on whether it's a personnel problem that could be resolved with the right recruits, a Don Brown problem, a Mike Zordich problem, or something else?

Looks like Michigan gets burned when they play teams with equal talent

Maybe Bob is onto something. Maybe Don Brown just looks good on paper. Maybe he should go to Temple and take Pep with him to be OC.

Then Michigan can revamp both sides of the ball...again

Brown's defense loses when it can't get pressure. It requires safeties to cover one on one and if pressure doesn't get home, they get burnt.

Franks missed a wide open guy on their 3rd and 18 play. Brown had both safeties playing man and we were in press coverage. Idiotic in that situation and it's not like it's the first time.

RB wheel routes and the quick crossing patterns can kill it too as we've seen multiple times.

I love press man coverage, but you just can't ask your entire secondary to do that on every down. Sure it works against less talented teams, but you have to mix it up against tougher competition.

Chicago is really good at this. They make it really difficult to get a pre snap read on if a CB/S is playing zone or man coverage. With Don Brown it seems like what you see is what you get.

Brown is fine. He just gets out coached Badly from time to time by better coaches with more talent. Maybe he should go back and study the bend but don’t break Bo’s way of defense. Maybe teach a zone or nickel now and then lol.

What you see is what you get is the problem with the entire coaching staff.
