Michigan drops to #7 in the AP poll, which is not to surprising after the bad loss to sparty at EL. But Duke is #6 even though they lost to unranked Maryland on Saturday.

I hate to say it, but we have not been playing the 7th ranked team in the nation. I would hate to play KSU,Pitt, and NCSU at this point.

even as bad as they have played, i still believe we beat everyone of those teams. there are about 7 or 8 teams that can play bad and still win most games and we are one of them. we did not play perfect versus any of those teams.

M is going to lose at home to both Sparty and Indiana - maybe freakin' Illinois - if they perform like they performed yesterday.

I don't know why - this just ain't the same team it was two freakin' weeks ago.

8th youngest team in the NCAA... There is going to be some bumps in the road as we get back tom the top...

we got blown out by msu and barely squeaked by psu

7 is still showing respect but we maje too many mistakes to continue there

like football a few years ago nit seeing improvement last fewweeks

I hope the team will start rising up now that it is through the toughest part of the schedule and have a few easier games. I am not ready to say they lose to sparty or IU at home. Though they are young I hope they will rise to the challenge. Then again, ML is right, they have not bee showing improvement. I hope they are just a little tired and can recoop with wins over PSU and Illinois.

Great dog picture Tinsel.
Go Blue!

Teams now know how to beat them. Once exposed, teams need to fix the problems otherwise they are never going to win against good opponents capable of playing to the weakness.

Top 10 is too high for these guys right now. Way too vulnerable.

I think every team in the top 10 is vulnerable. Indiana has had some shit games. Duke has played worse than we have. Sparty is very up and down. Kansas lost to TCU. Miami just squeaked by a bad Clemson team and its a down year in the ACC. Cuse is hot and cold shooting and has lost to a couple unranked teams. Gonzaga has played a very soft schedule. They have only played 4 ranked teams only 2 on the road while we will play 11 by the end of the regular season.

Hey, Tinsel. is that the dog that met Dinozzo?

She is one of four; they're all rescues; a couple of those have gone on to nice homes with other good folks.

But this one is my baby.

This one and the traditional colored shepherd who wears the Michigan cap in the avatar I sometimes have up.

Rescues are the way to go, and with petfinder.com, if you're willing to drive a couple hours your options are tremendous. The are some pretty cool breeds out there you're only going to find by looking up breeders I guess, but for most of the breeds people like, if you really want something specific, you can usually find something pretty close to what you're looking for...just not certified. And you can do DNA testing if you really want to know.
