Elder Scrolls V : Skyrim

I had another horse that I got off of the Stormcloak strongholds I took over. But the dumb fuckin thing doesn't stay put when I get off. It just starts wandering off. When I fast Travel, it comes with me, but then it wanders away. lol

Actually I got 2 that way. The first 1 wandered into a Giant camp and was immediately face smashed and died.

The second one I haven't seen in weeks. I'm assuming it's dead as well...

The Giant camp one was at least funny cuz the poor thing got knocked like 200 ft in the air and then plummented down to it's death.

The mystery of missing Lydia continues.

Apparently she's still alive. Her bed still says "Owned" and if I go into the Halls of the Dead, her body isn't in there. Thus, she should still be alive.

I read several things last night where other people's Lydia disapeared too, and they'd just Wait like 3 days and then she's show up back in your house. She's not coming back to me. I know it. Bitch probably moved in with General Tullius

I may have to betray the Empire...

got it for the kid today along with a 320gb PS3...got him MW3 and Unchartered 3 came with the system.

he was all about Xbox 360 for 3 years now all his buddys are on PS3 so he decided to switch over.

been reading through this thread and Old Slick may have to play Skyrim..sounds like you guys recommend it highly.

I killed one today. I unrelenting shouted it, beat it with power strikes while it was down, then avoided him till my shout recharged. rinse, repeat, boom! dead giant.


I need to get more spells than my apprentice ones though, my flames just dont cut it anymore. where do i get the higher level spell tomes?

No what's fun is when you attack a Giant and aggro like 4 Mammoths while you're at it. I had a Giant and 4 of those huge ass Mammoths chasing me around in circles. I kept using the rock cliffs to mess up their pathing. Managed to drop all 5 using just a Bow and periodically a Double Cast Fireball

The AI isn't all that difficult to beat in this game. Just don't let those big things get too close or you suffer the same fate that jackass horse of mine faced.

I got my first horse and as I was riding back to whiterun I got ambushed by a dragon. I hopped off the horse to fight it and it swallowed my horse in one bite. Funny to watch but extremely aggravating.

I just kill a giant with my arrows. They don't even get to me. Higher spells? Probably the college.

Ya all the master trainers for spells are at the College.

I finally found Lydia! She was dead. lol. I guess during my massacre of the Northwatch Keep where Thorald Grey Mane was being held, I hit her with an errant arrow... He body was under a bush over near the shore where I dragged some of the guards (cuz I drowned 2 of them - lol) and apparently when I was standing on the island raining down my judgement, I must've dropped one into the side of her face, and killed her.

No problem. Looted her body, went into the console and resurrected her, now she's with me once again! And in Dragon Armor - finally 100 smithing.

FYI, if you're working Smithing, there is an Orc Camp way over on the eastern border, and if you do the quest to find the "Forgemaster's Fingers" they allow you into the camp and give you access to their mine - which is LOADED with Ebony Ore. Easy to finish up smithing. Also found plenty of Bears, and other animals in the area to load up on leather for Leather Straps. Hit 100 smithing making Ebony Boots.

She had a full set of Epic Quality Ebony Armor, Weapons, and an Epic Elven Bow with Health Draining enchant on it!!

Seriously, I spend no less than 5 hours of my life wandering around Skyrim and/or Googling "I lost Lydia in Skyrim" reading shit...

I even turned off clipping so I could walk under the ground and see if she fell through and got trapped/died.

Nope. Found dead under a bush next to a river with MY arrow in her face.

Admittedly, it was a pretty epic shot considering I just volleyed it into a crowd of Northwatch Guards
