Election Aftermath

Of course they did

https://news.yahoo.com/fbi-informants-had-bigger-role-213400243.html

No surprise there, hmm sounds a bit like Jan 6 too? It?s what they do, entrap their fellow Americans. disgusting.

But a closer look into the foiled kidnapping by BuzzFeed revealed that some of the informants the government used appeared to play a far greater role in the plot than had been previously reported. In fact, the informants had a hand in nearly every aspect of the twisted machination, including its inception.

New information on the extent of the FBI's involvement has raised questions as to whether there would have even been a conspiracy to take down the Democratic governor without their help.

It sounds like this Fox guy is mentally ill and the FBI used him to entrap a group of militia guys they didn't like and wanted to use to push their narrative about the threat from violent far right extremists.

I can't find it now, but I remember reading an article about the suspected use of crazy people & vagrants by intelligence agencies to commit murders and other acts to further their objectives, while hiding their involvement

it had a quote from Sam Giancana (I think) that using a crazy person to wack someone was a trick "as old as the hills in Sicily."

so... you may very well be right.

Yeah.

Space out the time between entrapment plots against crazy paramilitary militia (especially the rural Michigan brand) groups, and psychotic violent assaults on your wife because she finally tells you that she really doesn?t want to fuck other men nor want to watch you fuck other women.

There is really zero chance that the optics - if there end up being any - will be anything but bad.

It is apparent to me that many of our government employees and law-enforcement personnel are hired for their stations because they will do what myself and others here would consider as inconceivable. They adopt the same criminal behavior they claim to be fighting. The same goes for federally elected officials. They crave the power and influence that these positions have and then presume to ?serve? us, their ?constituents,? when we are their chattel and fodder, ever being more tightly contained for a multitude of specious reasons.

And when we call them out, we get imprisoned or even killed. The known list of journalists and whistleblowers who met that fate is likely a small proportion of the actual number.

So, as we quibble over matters like this, a reminder that we are all contained in the same detention center, with few if any ?inalienable? rights anymore.

I agree. I also think the corollary is that this group would sort itself against any honest humans that try to reform it, and police its ranks to keep any that are unsusceptible to bribery out of power. And they roll deep... really deep. I can't see any way we're not doomed.

When the electronic surveillance state is fully implemented, we?ll be completely contained.

The Freep doesn't have any coverage - none - about that FBI agent's arrest online.

They do have this story, another example of police and federal misconduct.

I assume at the time, no one was questioning what the hell the FBI and Detroit PD were doing sending a 17-year-old white kid to do deals and inform on dangerous criminals... they just accepted the bullshit Hollywood-esque story as plausible and surrendered all common sense about how to handle drugs... even though our disastrous prohibition on alcohol was still within many Americans lifetimes, or at least their parents' lifetimes.

I saw that yesterday. It was actually the first several links of the internet search i did for ?Whitmer kidnap entrapment? or something like that. What I was looking for, news about the actual kidnapping case was about halfway down the page. I don?t recall my exact keywords but they had nothing to do with FBI pervert stories and yet those were the top headlines presented.

And the government is going to do physical harm to us as it increases the ?frequency? of its surveillance.

This is far more far-reaching than the effects of any virus. And we are in a perpetual lockdown already, since all our movements and even behavior is being monitored and influenced.

Fuck the guy.

When the rioting and violence started, he should have left.

If he had, he wouldn?t be going through this shit.

Plus it?s InfoWars - how do I know it?s even a real guy?

I agree, he shouldn't have been in the Capitol and jail isn't supposed to be a vacation but that doesn't excuse abuse. Here's a piece from Reuter's saying the Q'Anon Shaman dude's treatment while in jail worsened his schizophrenia.

...officials at the federal Bureau of Prisons, or BOP, have diagnosed his client Jacob Chansley with transient schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety.

The BOP's findings, which have not yet been made public, suggest Chansley's mental condition deteriorated due to the stress of being held in solitary confinement at a jail in Alexandria, Virginia, Watkins said.

"As he spent more time in solitary confinement ... the decline in his acuity was noticeable, even to an untrained eye," Watkins said in an interview on Thursday.

I've seen other pieces that say arrested protestors have been held in solitary confinement for extended periods, if I'm not mistaken, many of them without being charged yet. this whole thing is a farce and the difference in treatment of the Jan 6 mostly peaceful insurrection contrasted with the 6 months of 2020 BLM mostly peaceful riots highlights how politicized the DOJ is.

Thank goodness the nonpartisan DOJ won't be wasting time figuring out who killed all those seniors. Now they can dedicate more resources to making sure everyone involved in the 3 hour mostly peaceful insurrection gets their well deserved trespassing tickets.

So the guys mood declined while he was in jail?

No shit?

You know who else?s mood declines while in jail?

Freakin? everyone!

Know why?

Because they?re in freakin? jail!

except not everyone in jail is put in solitary confinement for extended periods like this guy nor are they typically held this long without being charged as many of those involved in the mostly peaceful 3 hour insurrection have been.

I don?t know.

Your Reuters link isn?t working for me.

He should have rioted here in California.

Here we give them ribbons.
