Election Aftermath

If you're a liberal, cheering for bad prosecutions of your political opponents is not great form, and undermines everything you CLAIMED you stood for under Bush Jr. and Trump's first term.

and also this serves to put Trump's name in the news more than before & apparently has been a fundraising boon to him as well. If there's one thing 2016 should have taught you, it's that Trump knows how to use news coverage to his advantage.

Has anybody read any opinions from actual New York criminal attorneys (either former DAs or criminal defense attorneys) analyzing these charges? From what I've read, they really flimsy and won't stand up to scrutiny.

But only for just under 6 more years.

13 presidents, from Eisenhower to Biden, have served in office during my lifetime. All with tumultuous events and circumstances to address. One was practically decapitated in broad daylight and it's fairly certain it was an inside assignment. Another may have been in the cadre who exterminated the aforementioned. Another fomented a war on a bogus naval dust-up, and he probably knew his boss's days in office were numbered. And he neglected to mention that to him. Another was on the commission that claims LHO was the lone shooter in the aforementioned murder, and he also pardoned his predecessor, who resigned after covering up election malfeasance, but not without denying any wrongdoing. Another (while governor) looked the other way as the CIA was running cocaine and arms to Central America on his watch, not to mention his affinity for interns. Yet another fabricated a reason to overthrow a sovereign nation (where my son was twice wounded), cause untold misery, and funnel troops and resources to yet another nation with a history of resisting foreign intervention. Another escalated that conflict, droning at will, killing innocent souls, and is still an icon to his minions. Another then withdrew military forces in haste and in panic, leaving valuable intel, resources, weaponry, and people in the lurch.

Without naming any names, all these infractions are serious enough to merit imprisonment or impeachment. The only two who could be innocent of any serious fractures of justice are, IMO, DDE and JFK.

Yet, you focus on the one who paid someone in exchange for silence. Which indicates that it's not the crime, it's the person committing it who matters.

Chances are 90% that any one of these boys who saw this masterpiece first hand has already been exposed to actual porn. I wonder if the outraged parents know this.

the type of people that would get a teacher fired over shit like this wouldn't care, because they don't actually care about their kids' well being, they just want to go pick fights and push other people around.

People like that are on the fringes of either spectrum.

I?ll let our friend SpartanMack respond for himself.

Whether it?s public or private parochial school is not clarified in the article. It apparently has some association with our own Hillside College in Michigan.

Some person Bishop indicates that in the previous year parents had been notified in advance of the curriculas, and said it was an egregious mistake not to do so again this year. Bishop kind of blamed the Covid lockdown, which is weird, because I thought Florida didn?t participate in any of that shit.

The article indicates there is no direct connection to the famous legislation.

I?m pretty sure that by 6th grade I has seen a photo of the statue of the David.

Both AllSides and MediaBiasFactCheck rate the Guardian as having a left leaning bias, and the latter rates its factual reporting as mixed.

The school is described as being all of ?a Christian charter,? ?not a public school,? and ?a public charter.?

Wait, what?

Oh, the Guardian is a train wreck on square wheels. Clearly a hit piece on the circumstances, and the people involved. But why dismissal or resignation is always the only acceptable option is a problem.

Otherwise, what's preventing Social Services from extracting kids from homes because their parents are negligent of their kids' actual exposure to authentic pornography?

Well, is there evidence that it?s happening and Social Services is not responding?

Kids are wily.

I know I was.

That predecessor supposedly told people the same guys who took the other guy's head off, were the guys who framed him up to bring him down. They let him off lightly, by comparison

His error was thinking he could command the dirty trick guys; it's not clear who does...

They had previously let him get away with sandbagging peace negotiations with the North Vietnamese to help his own election campaign, so maybe he thought he had more clout than he really did.

My point is that neither solution is a solution. And the problem of overzealous adults is not being addressed.

Not to mention that he hired (or was told to hire) that psychopathic monster Kissinger as his SOS. Either way, a guy who would do that isn't beneath a little end-around shenanigans.

Here's a link to Kissinger playing God.

"Worldwide Abortion Practices
Certain facts about abortion need to be appreciated:
-- No country has reduced its population growth without resorting to abortion."

It's a horror story that few have read.

National Security Study Memorandum
NSSM 200
Implications of Worldwide Population Growth
For U.S. Security and Overseas Interests
(THE KISSINGER REPORT)
December 10, 1974

Kissinger was only concerned about how "overpopulation" would affect the US's "interests."

Declassified in 1989.

that's what I thought. Isn't a NDA just a payoff so somebody doesn't run their mouth?

From what I gather, his crimes are illegal use of campaign funds. If that's the case, my guess is almost every politician is guilty of this crime. Whether it's $130K or $50.

That's not how I understand it. The argument from Bragg is that he DIDN'T use campaign funds. The payoff was made by Cohen from his personal funds. Cohen swore up and down that he wasn't reimbursed at all by Trump or the campaign for the payment to Clifford (at least until he realized he was going to jail for his personal crimes unrelated to Trump - a massive fraud scheme involving NY taxi medallions and real estate ventures).

I believe Bragg is trying to make the case that it was campaign expense and that Cohen's payoff was an illegal campaign contribution. He's somehow making the case the Trump would have no reason to cover up the affair (which Trump denies ever happened) if he weren't running for President.

The piece tells several outright lies - it calls DeSantis "far-right" (he's not) and says he pushing to expand a bill that prohibits public schools from teaching sex education (it doesn't). It further states the Florida bill is a guise to advance rightwing ideological agenda in schools - according the the Guardian, stopping schools from pushing a radical leftist agenda is advancing a right wing one.

Shockingly, the piece doesn't say anything about any parents complaining that the statue would turn their kids gay. I guess MC just made that up - so unlike him.

Even though I'm sure the Guardian is exaggerating much of this story and I certainly think parents should have a say as to what their kids are exposed to in school, firing this teacher seems a bit much.

At this rate, it won't be long before they're intervening to take kids from parents who won't go along with "gender affirming" chemical castration and surgical mutilation of their kids. It's already happening in Canada.

Trump will ultimately plea in exchange for no jail time he will agree to drop out, Desantis then pardons him in 2025. The most outrageous part of it all is the double standard. Demoncrats get away with everything and are never held to account for jack shit and it?s not right

what makes you more upset, that you can't teach 6 year olds about oral sex, or you can't kill babies as easily as you used to?

you equate teaching kids about sculpture and art with teaching 6-year-olds about oral sex and killing babies? You are completely deranged.

Has anyone asked the Russian spy Melania if she fucked stormy Daniel's as well? If hate to point all of my motivation at trump and him being a classless piece of shit cheat if she was in on it as well.
