notice he makes the same criticism of the district court that Shapiro (also infinitely more knowledgeable of the law than champ) did - the decision that champ defended because he was absent the day they taught law at law school.

I guess you partly misunderstood. I think I expressed what I thought about the order as well as its rollout being very poor. The argument as I saw it, was NOT that you (and others) couldn't interpret the EO as a Muslim ban, just that there was nothing specific to Muslims in the order. In the end, the office (not the idiot holding it), has the right to do what it did, and I think that will be born out in the end.

A further point was the absolute and complete loss of civility for every thing the current POTUS does, even when it is something as stupid and meaningless like bathrobes and #'s of inauguration attendees. He is a liar, I get it. Have we seen this level of vitriol with every president that has lied to the American people? To me, the level of hate over those stupid things could be compared to the lie told about WMD's. That is fucking bullshit, in my humble opinion.

To agree with you even further, there absolutely will be crap like this for the entire 4 years, but Trump's ego is so big, he probably is just leaning back and enjoying every single hysterical outburst, and just won't be quitting anytime soon. I don't think that is making a leap to say that.

A far as Death Roh - his reaction is exactly what I am talking about. I didn't attack him, call him names, go off on an unhinged rant (at least not this time. . . :*) ), and therefore feel completely justified responding to his complete lack of class and maturity with the same kind of crap.
