Sorry if the article has already been posted i though JV's new cereal needed its own thread...LOL

Would like to see Miggy and Prince get not only voted league MVPs in their own right very soon, (how cool would it be if they both shared co-MVP honors for a season as well) but also their first or surnames both put on a candy bar eventually...like for example the "Prince Cabrera" bar, chock-full of nuts and creamy caramel nougat, with chocolate covering...heh!!

Or, perhaps a "trail-mix" bag named Miggy Fielder, with dried fruit, raisins, chocolate drops, almonds, cashews, ect..

The trail mix would work for prince...maybe a private lable scotch for Miggy!

I hear you on the scotch idea. Just dont let Miggy get anywhere near it!

I bought a box today, just for the box, I'll throw the cereal out. (I don't drink milk)

I am a little disappointed that the box was so plain aside from the front and back photo and the panel with his CY, MVP, All-Star, and ROY award mentions.

Still, something else for my collection.

EDIT: $2.99 at Meijers, well worth it.

Dang, it's times like these I miss not having Meijers out here. There aren't even any 24-hour Walmarts so you're screwed if it's late and you need something.

BTW, have your tried soy milk with cereal? Pretty good stuff actually. (I'm assuming you're lactose intolerant?)

I'm not.

I eat cheese, I put butter on everything, I loves me some ice cream, I just don't drink milk; and therefore don't eat cereal, or ever eat breakfast anyways.

I buy milk in small quantities, for making mashed 'taters and whatever else needs milk in the recipe, I just don't care for plain milk.

I saw these at Meijer yesterday. I laughed when I saw the box.
Pretty funny.

I like the candy bar idea call it Prince Cabby

Just throw some sugar on them and they will taste great..

So I went to the Meijer's online link and ordered a package of Verlander's Fastball Flakes.
Cost : $3.49 for a package, and shipping is drum roll please................... $10.14 = total price $13.63

Wow.

I wonder what they would have cost say one of us bought ($2.99) + shipping to Boston.

Problem is I would not trust any carriers UPS, FedEx, USPS not to at least slightly damage the box.
