""This is a case about a sexual predator who used his position within the university and community to repeatedly prey on young boys," Kelly said. "It is also a case about high-ranking university officials who allegedly failed to report the sexual assault of a young boy after the information was brought to their attention, and later made false statements to a grand jury that was investigating a series of assaults on young boys.""

Wow. So perhaps OSU's and PSU's AD both gone by the end of the year?

Well, It SEEMS like this is true, but I won't really comment until they are all proven guilty in a court of law

There was a teacher near us that was accused of molesting a 15 year old slow child. Before he went to trial, his wife left him taking the kids, he was suspended indefinitely from his work, he was ostracized in the media....basically his life was ruined. Turned out later, the girl admitted that she made it all up, because she hit on him and he turned her down...he was eventually cleared of all charges.

Apparently there are 8 victim accounts in the grand jury report and some of the people that are trying to read it are quitting after victim 1 or 2.

yep

Also, the story might be complicated regarding who knew what and when. Apparently, JoePa reported one incident to his superiors, who did not report to police, but another reported incident had already triggered an investigation and JoePa cooperated fully once contacted. While it doesn't look good for JoePa right now, the timeline really matters. If JoePa reported the incident to his superiors expecting a report to go to the police, and it was only a brief period before the police contacted him, then his actions might be reasonable. It depends on whether or not JoePa was aware that his AD was dropping the ball.

Also, don't expect a press conference or a public statement by JoePa. Maybe someone will say something, but I would expect all lawyers involved to advise their clients to keep quiet. A comment to back peddle from the president's last statement might be a good idea, but that's about it.
