Now maybe he was hurt, maybe the team knew, but if it went down that they had no idea until gametime, then that is bullshit.

I think this must be new with the CFP. For years the Big 12 had an Orange Bowl going all the way back to when the Big 12 was the Big 8.

Last year, when the Rose Bowl was in the rotation, the B1G and PAC 12 champs met in the Cotton Bowl instead.

Well hopefully they will be up for it. I doubt many of the fans are. Sure we will watch but there is no excitement. I wonder if we will sell our ticket allotment even ? We are #8 and miss a New Year?s Day game bowl. I guess we don?t deserve respect after the blowout in Columbus.

I was listening to ESPN U on the radio today and they had the chairman of the Peach Bowl on. They asked how they determine which teams go to the bowls (New Years 6 Bowls). He said that the college football playoff committee dictates who plays in those bowls. He said that the Peach Bowl has no say in the matter.

I like this chart. It reaffirms my beliefs. Somewhere at 7-9 months is the beginning of the dog rebellious teenage phase.

That makes sense.

And the Wikipedia makes a good point-rules of thumb are generally in the ball park; a person just have to take the exactness of their accuracy and applicability with a grain of salt.
