Fucking Peach Bowl.....???

Its weird...i think he did wonders for that position compared to the production michigan had at that position last year. But somehow he still failed miserably to live up to expectations. There were multiple credible sites putting him as the #1 draft pick this upcomming draft before the season started. At this point i think hed be lucky to be a 4th-6th round pick. And even if he stayed and killed it next year i dont see his stock rising to anything more than a 3rd-4th?....and thatd probably only be prestige of school and working in a pro style offense. If its based purely on arm strength and making all the throws...he goes undrafted.

Patterson doesn't progress through his reads fast enough to be a high pick. Couple that with the fact that he's a shorter QB and he's going to be a late round flyer of a pick for any team interested.

I've been reading that Higdon, Bush, Gary, Long, and Hill are all sitting out the "meaningless" bowl game

I have a feeling if Michigan wins, the bowl game will be meaningless, but if Michigan loses, the "UNACCEPTABLE1!" crowd will find plenty of meaning in a game that they say they don't care about right now...

It is kind of a make believe “major” bowl compared to the other five in the CFP semifinals rotation.

Atlanta is, I guess, as good a location as any to add to New Orleans and Miami in the East.

Would we have sold out our allotment to the Fiesta Bowl? I doubt it. Probably would have sold less.

UCF played in the peach bowl last year, that may be one of the primary reasons that Michigan got the peach bowl as opposed to the Fiesta Bowl.

I would have gone, there is 2 tickets sold haha

I think winning this game is more important for the fanbase than the team, if only to send everyone off into the off-season happy.

although a win would help heal and give the team momentum heading into the South Africa trip.

There are no words. Unless you are being 100% facetious, in which case the joke is on me.

Oh, no, the Michigan Football team is going to South Africa in the spring of 2019. The transvaal will never be the same.

Where it shall continue the healing process and gain ever more momentum.

Edit: I can hear RichRod leading the boys in a stirring rendition of "You Raise Me Up" as I type. Or maybe it's Paul Simon in the Transvaal. I admit I had to Google that one. Buckeyes broke your damn asses this year, didn't they? Heal up. Next November will roll around soon enough.

People are broken. No matter where they go or what they say or do.

We're enjoying the current basketball season. I'm sure next November will be fun when basketball starts as well, but let us enjoy the present! :spin:

Dude, Michigan plays Saturday, the following Saturday, the following Sunday and then the following Thursday, and the team better show up expecting each of those games to be challenging.

if they show up that way, most of those games won't be challenging.

I am most concerned about the Binghamton Bearcats. That is a trap game if I have ever seen one!!

Der Ubermench. That was tried and it failed.
