The Lions have fallen again and the season is good and (somewhat) properly over. There?s still a month and a half if you believe calendars but I?ve always professed those are conspiracies just waiting to happen. Julians, man.

Anyway, there?s still plenty of stuff to talk about in this game, all involving current Lions and the future of the franchise. We also talk about another new contender for Lions RB, Jeff Driskel and so much else. Consider this a salve for the loss. It makes it feel better. It?s party-sized salve.

Yeah if only he actually ran when there are 10 yards a daylight in front of him instead of chucking across the field into the ground, I have been very unimpressed with him and want to see the 3rd string guy get a game just for shits and giggles

Yup defense is a damn joke and needs to be reassessed from top to bottom

Dak said it right “I had time to go through the progressions once, and a couple of times to go through them again to find the open guy.”

Lions blitz less than any team in the NFL and Davis is fking terrible

The Lions sacked Prescott just once. He completed 29 of his 46 pass attempts for 444 yards and three TDs, racking up a QB Rating of 116.6 against Patricia?s defense.

Believe it or not, that?s actually an improvement in the Lions pass defense. Prescott?s 444 yards and three TDs without a turnover wound up producing the lowest QB Rating the Detroit defense has allowed since Week 6.
 
You'd think 6 weeks of getting whooped on by not sending any blitzes would make a "genius" try something different. But no.... he we are sending 3 or 4 slow fatasses... not getting anywhere near the qb... and letting teams rack up yards with ease.
