Banged up defense, mostly. D-line Ayers and Spence hobbled most of the season, Gholston dealing with a neck injury lately. Secondary dealing with Grimes and now Hargreaves out. On offense they had the Martin suspension to begin the year and Jameis hindered with shoulder injury, was out but now playing through it. Really an 8-4 team but screwed over by injuries.

8-4.....you forgot refs blowing calls and weather......that's an 11-1 team really.

Stafford wins this game and it's the equivalent of a Super Bowl victory.....which would be his 17th true Super Bowl win.

A record that could only be broken by an Ebron/Stafford love child.

I don't see us winning this game...and that's pretty sad. Unless the defense can go back to the beginning of the year when they were routinely causing 3 turnovers a game.
 
I'm hoping we have a play with 9 guys on the field again. Or maybe try to break it with 8.
 
How far will we be down to start the game this week? 10-0, 10-0, 13-0 or 20-0?
 
17-0 hasn't been done yet, so I'll pick that one. Lions are the softest team in the nfl

Yep, don't care one way or the other. Just don't get Stafford killed. As long as its a step toward Caldwell, Cooter, or Austin losing their job its a win for me. Sick of the organization all together. Can't start games, can't put teams away when we get a lead, can't beat good teams, can't put together a complete game, can't be consistently solid at any aspect of the game. Fuck this year and this team for the year.
 
Sad when that is the majority of the fans outlook on the rest of the season when there is still, although slim, a chance to make the playoffs, but then again if we even do back into them we'll just get rocked like normal. JBC is not an NFL caliber OC.
 
I'm conflicted, I always want the Lions to win, however part of me wants them to lose out. I want this coaching staff gone. I don't want them to win just enough of the remaining games to keep the coaching staff safe.
 
When the Bucs were in the NFC Central, the Lions were the only rival who they had ~.500 record against.
