Btw I heard on the radio Liranzo missed 5 games with a shoulder issue recently.

Hicks the other catcher we got in the trade with Texas started terrible at Erie but has quietly got his stats up to .273/.417,379/.796

And Tork had hit as many homers as he did last season. We wasted so many good pitching performances this year. Also maybe two better free agents than Chana and
Gio. I like all the youngster. But other than Tork, and Meadows no one is tearing the cover off the ball. I like Jung’s at bats. Wish Sweeney and Dingler would start hitting.
It’s gotta be hard being Rookie catcher. Man Carpenter for all season. A dream.
I’m talking about the call ups . Not Greene and Vierling. I so hope Clark tears the cover off the ball when it is his turn.
