18-20 then went to 18-30 and season over, 28-58 1st half. Like after {Cabrera just hit his 12th;} that 18-20 start 10-38, now 47-113, 66 under .500! 2nd half 19-45. Did not see them being this bad.

The horrid 2019 Al Avila turd blossoms season is finally over 114 loses that is just god awful

The promises of the 2006 season now look so far in the distance. And all the bad mistakes are now multiplied so many times. That it is hard to feel good about the good times that were also near misses.
I still find it hard to believe the oreo's beat three cy young's in a row.
The Giants winning 4 in a row, Cabrera striking out for the last out. And Leyland turn around and leave like he did, like I'm glad its over!
And lets face the rain in 2006 did not help. and those throwing errors still haunt me.
I known a many like the individuals stats and achievements but the bottom line is the gold of winning the world series, without it what good is every thing else? After the money the players like wearing the RING. And of course the fans like the fun times that come with the winning.
Yes the promise of the future have slid into the distance past. The new future seems full of when will it get better?

Starting there clocks without an offence? And without a bullpen would stick them into a losing mental mind set that could result in trading them away for a career change that could get nothing in return.
When they are brought up the Tigers have to invest into at least two free agents that will impack the offence. And a heathly Cabrera is a must. And fcol a bull pen that can do the job.

BTW Mize would be one of the rooks. Could be Boyd's replacement, or Zimmermans should he need replacement, or a healthy free agent should one not be found/become injuried like our two last ones. Really that has to fall on AA.

You play them when they are ready, regardless of the team around them. Doing otherwise would be dysfunctional.
