Game 4: Lions @ Jets Thread

Time for the D to step up again and get in the backfield a bit more.

Omg. Cut him now. I was wrong start Kelly in center. Use the other clowns for nick.

Great answer by the O on that drive! The defense needs to make a stop this next drive so we can put them away.

Another rule I don't understand. His feet cross the goal line, ball never does its a TD. Anywhere else it is where the ball is.
I'll take the touchdown, still don't like the rule.

I was thinking the same thing.

The ball can break the plane, and the feet don't.. TD.

The feet break the plane, and the ball doesn't... TD?

It's an odd rule to say the least.

But its only while running. catch the ball with body in the end zone, if the ball never crosses its not a TD.
But for some reason while running only the feet need to cross while going out of bounds.. Seen it many time, just doesn't make sense.

remember...the plane continues out of bounds. so if his feet are in and his body is out of bounds the ball can still cross the plane as hes falling. with the angles I saw...theres no way you could overturn the call.

WOAH, the jets are in the middle of a BRUTAL stretch of games
