Amsinger misses a movie reference, and says he can’t stand to watch movies; he can’t take being glued to a screen on a device. Hmm, what does he do for a living when he is in the studio every night? Showalter counters by asking him how he does with a golf simulator, and Amsinger says he has blisters on his hands from using one.

I was listening to a fantasy baseball show today on XM radio. These guys seem to really dig really deep on prospects. Both guys said that he is a terrible defensive player. Both said they wouldn't even bother picking him up. Everyone can be wrong, but it's pretty much what I have heard and read about this guy.

Remove those 95+ fastballs (that you don’t see much of down there) from the mix, and that would be expected. Hopefully it gives him a psychological boost that helps sort things out when he returns.
