Game 7: Vikings @ Lions Thread

agreed hes tough. itd be nice to hear what the chatter is in the offensive meetings. I agree our oline has played poorly this year for the most part. But theres a lot the qb can do to help. You hear about how a lot of qbs are in charge of protections and presnap calls. I still don't know how much control Stafford has in this offense....but it doesn't seem like much. Just wonder how much of it is his responsibility in the first place. A lot of sacks come on deep drops.....that usually constitutes a qb problem or misread.

It seems like Staff is at his best when it's no huddle and he is calling the plays at the line, audibling when he has to. I don't think he's that great with structure. If I'm lombardi, I'm letting the guy do whatever he wants to.

And on cue, a sack. Blitz pickup is horrible.

Vikings adjusted ....lions coaching staff incapabled of doing anything. ..

We do know that it's the QBs job to recognize a blitz and adjust right?

why matt? you finally used your fucking duck feet and got out of pressure....then you throw it 3 yards to guy running out of bounds? youre a fucking moron matt....

On one hand, if Stafford starts screaming at his linemen about their blocking, he's a pussy.

On the other hand, if he doesn't it's "lack of leadership".

This is a no-win for any QB ever.

Nope, solid disagree on that one.

It was a bonehead play by Ebron. Stafford made the right choice there. There was ZERO reason for Ebron to take himself out, he had plenty of room to run.

Can always count on the Lions to get the oddest penalties
