I never knew he was on the cardinals until i saw him leaning over the dugout railing last night.. Him and Jackson are there any other former Tigers on either team?

I had forgotten he was until I also saw him leaning over the dugout rail.
King of the popups melonhead laird.

I hope they lose and Pujols says see you later this offseason. Kinda sick of LaRussa and that franchise in general right now.

Yeah pretty tough for me to root for the Cardinals.

LOLaird could conceivably win a '11 WS championship ring and his first by default with the Cardinals, unlike (I think) all of the other Tigers (except Miggy) that were on the '09-'10 teams with him...meh.

Not that a shitty or notorious Tiger or Lion, who was castoff the teams, or not offered a new contract, hasn't later been on a team that won it all before: ex.. Mr. 44 yds "Wide Right" Steady-Eddie Murray won a ring as the Dallas Cowboys K, in Super Bowl XXVIII, and kicked 3 FGs, including a 41 yarder to start the scoring, and a 20 yarder to end it.

And of course, there has been the ULTIMATE humiliation, such as when a former Tiger named Jeff Weaver came back on October 27, 2006, in Game 5 to pitch 8 innings, giving up 4 hits and 1 earned run. He was credited with the win as the Cardinals clinched the World Series 4-1.

Dunno about other cities/states professional teams having such amazingly-astonishingly bad karma as does Detroit and its former "stars" coming back as foes, just humiliating the teams that they once played for, some dishing out a heaping measure of "revenge" in return.

A few others just off the top of my head who indeed have done so, and I am sure that there are even more:

Ben Oglivie
Joey Harrington
Rodney Peete
Dennis Rodman
Johnny Morton
Jon Kitna
Gordy Howe
Pat Dobson
J.T. O'Sullivan

i still maintain one of the funniest things ive ever seen was on the first tigers caravan the winter after we got laird, i saw him and several of the others in a local hotel/bar and he came up behind inge and grabbed his boobs. it was friggin hilarious!

Inge should've returned the squeeze on lardass Laird's likely "D" cup moobs, much more to grab onto.

Wow! Those are very, very weak examples. If that's all there is......Very weak. The only 1 that comes to mind for me is Marcell Dione. He hated Det, forced a bad trade, scored some goals against us. ....Joey??? C'mon. I was at that game. We stunk and Miami won. Had nothing to do w/Joey.

Weak?

Perhaps some are, but Joey "Blue Skies" Harrington called his QBing the Phins in that game, as the most satisfying win of his (short) career, but that is of course, subjective. Oglivie was traded to the Brewers for SP Jim Slaton, who pitched for the Tigers for all of ONE season, then he resigned as a FA with those very same Brewers in the following off-season, "Bengie" became a member of the Brewers' group of hitters nicknamed "Harvey's Wallbangers". I remember him clubbing the crap outta the ball whenever he and his team faced our Tigers in the early 80s.

Rodney Peete was the Eagles' QB in that infamous loss to them in the '95 playoffs, when the Lions QB Mitchell threw 4 interceptions, before being yanked out of the game by Fontes. Lomas Brown had "guaranteed" a Lions win prior to the game, which they were instead humiliated by the score of 58-37, and that final score indicated that it was closer than the game really was.
