Nothing prepares you to play a championship game like coming off of a 50-0 whitewashing at the hands of your biggest rival...

And if they lose they will have to appeal to the NCAA for a bowl bid because they will have a losing record. It's a joke. But at least they arent letting USC play in the game.

I didn't realize this was happening.

GODDAMNIT I LOVE FOOTBALL!

(sarcasm)

man... the PAC-10 is awful. 6 Bowl Eligible teams, 7 counting USC as a technicality.

Compared to 10 for the B1G, 9 for the SEC, 9 for the ACC, 8 for the BigXII...

I really dont think Stanford is all that. If it wasnt for Luck they probably wouldnt have more than 6-7 wins.

If it was for Peyton Indy wouldn't have any wins..oh wait. Lol.

:)

But I'm sure many teams if they lost their best player would have less wins.

Yes, if they didn't have Luck they would have 6 or 7 wins, but they do have him, and that likely isn't going to change between now and the end of the season.

If we didn't have Denard, we probably wouldn't be 10-2.

And the Packers would not be 11-0 with Matt Flynn running the offense, either. So GB must not be that good.

Well .... more embarrassing was when #1 Nebraska lost 62-36 to Colorado, didn't therefore win the Big12 North ...didn't therefore play for the B12 Title .... did go on to play for the National Title and got embarrassed by Miami(FL) in the Rose Bowl.

But, they weren't 6-6, that's true--

I would jump for joy if UCLA wins, just to expose this whole f'd up BCS, conference championship bullshyte comedy that's only in place to line the pockets of people we'll never get to meet.

It's amazing how we pay for and buy into this idiotic arrangement at the same time. Chip Diller was not this desperate for attention and false gratification.

Didn't UCLA's coach, neuheisal, get fired? How crazy is that...fired the week of a conference championship game.
