I agree we should be ranked in the top 25. Use it as a disrespect chip ! Hey I noticed alot of high double picks from our bigs. I am sure we used it under jb but not positive. Howard has praised Simpson for running and learning the new offense. 2nd half was about playing defense and at least trying to stall the Blue Jay's board advantage. We did a tad better on the boards in the second half but the defense was fantastic in the last 20 minutes. Yes Creighton was depleted but this will and should be a nice feather come tournament time.

I think Brooks is playing really well right now. Early in this season he is my biggest surprise. Yes pleas CC stop putting the ball on the floor!

We really never ran that under JB. The Heat ran it on a rare occasion with a set they call Pistol Double. It's a nice, simple action that gives you one screen man popping and one man rolling to the rim. The screener who pops could get himself an open look off that action or he is then available to set a third screen for the ball handler if nothing has opened off the prior action.

We only had 11 turnovers last night. Huge improvement from the first game.

agreed. It did seem like while watching the game, some of the turnovers were very boneheaded. It seemed like there were more than 11 at first watch, but 11 is a good number, a good small number of turnovers overall.

Creighton had a couple injuries. You could say that Michigan is depleted. Wagner is still out with injury. Funny that the commentators mentioned Creighton's injuries, but never once mentioned Wagner. He was mentioned during the App St game.

Michigan lost a lot to graduation and early entry from last season. They still need to find a good rotation and find a groove. This was a good game to do that. Nice to see the change from the first half to the 2nd half.

Brooks seems very improved from last season.

I know it was a staple in last season's offseason. I think much to the demise of that Michigan team, but I think I'd be just as happy to never see Teske post up at the 3 point line and be shooting 3's again.
