Hoops vs OSU

As much as I love his defense and tenacity, he just can't shoot well enough to hang there imo.

Could have easily played for the Pistons in the 90's. I dont know about how the league is now, I dont watch it. But anyone with that much determination, can develop an outside shot. We know he can drive and dish and that may be good enough with excellent defensive skills

Guess what, though? He's only a junior. We still have this guy for one more year. This will really help with DeJulius' development.

Exciting that he has one more year! Man I hope everyone stays !
Hold OSU under 50.. Nice defensive beat down!

They were initially saying Iggy is going to be one and done, but I haven't heard them saying that lately. I wouldn't be surprised to see him put his name in and then come back.

Of course, a lot will depend on how the season turns out. Long way to go.

Oh absolutely. And even though I hold that opinion, I wouldn't bet against him either. There is a difference also between 'Can he be a starter in the NBA?' and 'Can he play in the NBA?' If he continues this progression the latter might be a certainty and the former a possibility. His shooting has improved, the NBA meta just requires you to knock down the 3 and spread out the D. If he got put on the floor with 2 wings that could do it well, it might work. I'd love to see him guard Curry.
