Wisconsin played the best defense of any team we've played this year so far. Every time our players would drive they were right there with em to bother or block the shot

Maybe.. I thought the pick and roll was there all day.. not sure what offense they were running but it looked pretty uncrisp that is for sure and the second half was awful.

#22 Minnesota 13-4 (3-3) Minnesota at home on Tuesday. Then at Indiana on Saturday. Need to rebound Tuesday badly.

I love how this is my only concern now.

#3 Tennessee is playing what should be a pretty winnable game at home against Alabama-the game is just underway.

So with each of the other top four teams losing this week, you would think that Tennessee would go to #1.

It was uncrisp because we had Wisconsin players in our face all game. Give em' credit.

Should have been able to execute on defense to make sure Happ got the ball so we could foul him. Looks like Iggy did not know the rules on the Intentional foul. 4 point game get a 49% foul shooter the ball who knows. Just like on offense we didn’t execute on defense either in the second half. Also up a few big mistakes l

After Livers dunk up 43-40 Livers stole the ball and threw it away. If we get a hoop therei bet Wisconsin calls a time out down 45-40. . Instead Livers threw the ball away Wisconsin goes on a 10-3 run to make it 50-46. Poor execution. Just not sure why we don’t try and run some teams.

Well I think you answered your own question with the earlier sentences in the paragraph. For today, at least, when Michigan tried to run, they ended up throwing the ball away a lot.

Who will the top 5 be?

Only Tennessee and VA Tech, off the top of my head, are power conference teams who also have only a single loss and didn?t lose this week.

Illinois just beat Minnesota 95-68 for its first conference win. Shame They have to play at Iowa on 1/20, and Wisconsin at home on 1/23. That is Wisconsin next game. If they didn’t play Iowa I would have not been surprised with Wisconsin losing at Illinois. But now not sure trap game Applies.

uofm was ranked 4th in the country behind 1 undefeated and 2 teams w/ 1 loss each to top 3 teams. uofm lost to an unranked team - probably the worst lost of all the teams ranked ahead of them - and the coaches only dropped them 2 spots. That's not disrespect. If anything, the loss to Wisconsin vindicates the 4th place ranking.
