On the big stage? These guys lose every meaningful game out of conference. It took a lot to lose that game last night, but they somehow pulled it off.

Their QB had a big game, 8 for 24 with a whole 50 yds and 2 picks.

I don't see how you can't set up the pass with that run game that they have. Play action should be set up beautifully! And why start that QB and not Stave? He's more mobile is what I heard...why do you need a mobile QB when you have Gordon?? Makes no sense to me.

The QB and WRs were not on the same page at all. The easy recap is to say the QB was shit, which was mostly true. On the other hand, WRs weren't getting ANY separation all game unless they were running the wrong route.

The real issue is how big of a problem LSU exposed. All they did to suddenly turn the game around was stack the box in the second half and wait for the passing game to fail. Wiscy might end up losing a whole lot of games if it is honestly that easy. It wouldn't surprise me if Wiscy ended up 6-6 like we did in 2012. Good defense, good running game, but such god-awful passing that they can never score enough against decent teams.
