Wasn't too sure about him when we hired him, but his first two drafts have made me a believer:

Taylor Decker (LT)
A?Shawn Robinson (DT)
Graham Glasgow (C)
Joe Dahl (LG)
Anthony Zettel (DE)
Jarrad Davis (MLB)
Jalen Reeves-Mabin (RLB)
Teez Tabor (CB)
Kenny Golladay (WR)
Jamal Agnew (CB/ST)

That's a lot of impact for us in two years. I haven't been wild about his free agent signings yet, but hey, sometimes you get outbid, sometimes you don't get what you want.

The draft is where a GM makes it or breaks it, and I like what I see so far.

Next two years will be telling. Good draft picks are one thing but there needs to be some playoff wins. Not 9 win teams that are always on the bubble.

And we can blame injuries if you want but the OL/RB still wasn't good, DE average and LB core needs vast improvement. Blame some of that on Mayhew but the results haven't gotten there yet.

I feel like the Mayhew years were an illusion more than anything... a team that wasn't good that got a few lucky breaks and looked better than it was.

And I feel like Quinn had a bit of a teardown and rebuild ahead of him. And still does.

No team completely rebuilds in one or two years. I'm willing to have some patience.

Mayhew didn't leave the cupboards bare, but the ingredients for a good dish weren't there. We had ingredients for five different mediocre dishes. Now Quinn has to do some shopping to complete the meal.

I get ya but it still comes down to playoff wins. When the Eagles can go from back to back 7-9 seasons to a SB with Nick Foles - we're behind the 8-ball . When will it be our turn?

I can also say he completely whiffed on the Tabor pick because he missed on successful RBs that were taken after. Jarrad Davis had his moments, but was statistically graded out as one of the worst cover-LBs in the league. Dahl and Glasgow are alright.

He definitely looks better than the rest of the GMs in the past, but there's still a lot of proving he needs to do.

I don't think you can judge Tabor yet. Slay was awful his rookie year. Most CBs take a couple years to be successful. I'm glad Tabor sat most of his rookie year.

Quinn's first draft was much better than last year. I'm still holding judgment on him until we have two more drafts and free agency.
