I guess veteran combine dreams do come true

Well shit, I didn't see that coming. Hopefully it works out.

I saw somewhere that Leshoure was the second fastest RB there. That can't mean good things for any other RBs...

Michael Bush ran a 4.92. When he found out he said, "well there goes my career."

Follow all the offseason action with our NFL Tracker, which includes every signing, trade and rumor.

Brandon Copeland took advantage of the veteran combine and earned himself a contract.

The Detroit Lions have inked the linebacker to a deal, according to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.

Copeland was a standout at the event, posting a 4.52 40-yard dash and reportedly had as many as 12 teams interested in him.

After going undrafted out of Penn in 2013, Copeland failed to make the Baltimore Ravens out of training camp and landed on the Tennessee Titans' practice squad, before being let go.

Copeland played for the Orlando Predators of the Arena Football League this winter.

I feel bad for the guys like him who have a realistic outlook on things rather than the guys that make excuses or blame other factors.

Same here, there is something particularly crushing about coming to that type of realization.
