Whatever it means, I keep seeing/hearing that Urban Meyer "gets it". Well, if that's the case, whatever "it" is, I hope Hoke doesn't get any...I think it has something to do with quitting when the going gets tough, or maybe running a team in a way that explains how 30 players get arrested.

Urban Meijer doesn't get it at all. Especially when it comes to the rivalry.

Agreed. I wonder if they're saying that just because they heard us say it about Hoke.

That's what they said about Tressel. So they're saying it about Meyer just for good luck, that's all.

Now, Tressel "got it" about the rivalry, and he also "got it" about quitting when the going got tough, and running the team in a way that has led to the predicament that Ohio* finds itself in now.

we hear some pretty stupid memes all the time, and I think it's due to the sheer number of idiots who comment on things nowadays.

the internet gossip mill coupled with the 24/7 media coverage of sports now facilitates it... maybe even makes it worse.

LMAO I see what you did there. I'd +1 Karma you, but your Avatar is offensive. lol

John Cooper didn't "get it" and neither did Rich Rod ....

But you should read some of the Ohio* board threads --- all seem to be creating this mythical MICHGAN fan opinion that is frightened to death that Meyer was hired.

Really?? Is that why there was a chant at the game on Saturday, "Bring on Meyer!"

I have yet to hear one M fan express any fear or concern at all.

Nice. I think I'll start doing this as well.

AS I said before I think Hoke was happy they hired Urban. He wants Ohio to be good. He wants them to not have an excuse. He wants to recruit tow to tow with him and he wants to beat him. If the Ohio fans think Hoke will shy away from the Ohio recruits just because Urban is their coach they are SADLY mistaken.
