Senior night

for a game that doesn't mean anything it sure means a lot.

I've read that Appling looked really good shooting in practice yesterday, the rest of the team rallied around him. Offense looked good but defense left a lot to be desired.

team health is good enough, they are rested enough. it's just a question of playing together and getting in sync, hopefully it starts tomorrow night

I think the game means plenty. Going into the BTT at 11-7 wouldn't be good. Iowa seems to be struggling of late as well.

Call me crazy, but I just have this feeling that we're final 4 bound. I've been really down on Harris and the team overall but I just see them turning it up after that Illini loss which was probably the worst game I've ever seen.

I'd think that if we look good tomorrow night and sunday. there is no shortage of talent or coaching, only a shortage of practice time. hopefully it's a situation where the experience gained by role players when the stars were out really helps us.

Alright, you asked for it. You're f'n crazy. This team has lost 6 of the last 10 and 3 of the last 4 including home losses to Nebraska and Illinois where the scored 51 and 46, respectively. These are not signs of a team that is peaking at the right time...

I hope you're right, but I don't share your optimism.

Playing and coaching have both been awful lately. I know Izzo can't physically make players do what he wants but the way he basically let Payne do nothing against Illinois, and let Harris try to shoot his way out of a slump at least twice - it was shocking to watch - almost as if he wasn't paying attention to the game.

We can question coaching but a bigger issue is the lack of leadership on this team. they don't call each other out on small things so Izzo has to, limiting his effectiveness in timeouts, etc

seems like the whole thing is a mess right now. hopefully they get it together and make a run at it. I couldn't care less about the BTT and would be fine without going deep there - unless we play michigan or wisco again as I would like to see this team step up and beat a good team.

A win in the btt would do a ton for confidence and seeding. Also it would be nice to play 3 more games together.

Although the btt is the least of the banners we are after it would be a nice consolation prize after this year.

A 3 seed in the Ncaa is much better than the 4 seed. Hopefully we land the 3.

Win out and we're a 2 but we should see if we can win back to back games first.
