His throws look like he has arm problems like his grip is weak or something.

He acts like he gets a case of the "willie beamen"s. He needs to go somewhere and throw up to get the jitters out before some of these games.

you guys realize they were in SF , where the wind swirls like crazy down at Field Level...the noly stadium they say is worse in in NY.

the laser he threw to Pettigrew for the TD looked ok to me.

I saw a game their once, its horrible. And the fact SF has a pretty good defense. Our QB is one guy I don't worry about.

He's having a rough start to the season..he must be hurt.

I thought he struggled adjusting to the wind early but once he settled down especially in the 2nd half he seemed a lot better. I did wonder if Calvins foot issues were causing problems and thats why we didnt throw his way more. And we only targeted Titus a few times till late in the game.

I've wondered about some of his passes as he's looked lost at times, much more than the past 2 years. Still, even Peyton Manning looked bad the other night and he's pretty good, you know? I do wonder if Staff would attempt to hide a nagging arm injury or whatever, considering he had such a lousy first 2 years, injury wise.

He's not hurt. Try not to invent an injury excuse. He's fine.

Thank you..even if he is hurt don't speculate untill something comes out..you can't assume someone is injured because they aren't playing well. He's no grimissing or holding his arm, or anything like that.

It could have easily been he was struggling with the wind . And some of his passes are read passes and the really bad ones could easily have been something where the WR read to cut the route off and Staff read it to go deep. As has been said before the TD pass to Pettigrew was a great throw that only a few QB's in the league can make.

I have the reason right here. Ready? Sometimes QB's have a bad game. Feel better now?

I would be too the way my blindside was protected that game. Backus had a rough game.

Not just the Sf game. STL game as well(in the first half). For whatever reason he doesn't seem comfortable when he drops back. imo.

The Rams game he had a couple bad throws but he was zinging it in there.

Off the top of my head...after 2 games, I believe the following big name QB's have thrown 3 or more int's in a game already this year:

Cam, Vick, Eli, Peyton, Cutler and Staff. And Brees has thrown 2 picks in each of his first 2 games.

but all their star WRs have caught TD passes.....except CJ.

Well hell, that just proves it. Stafford must be hurt. CJ hasn't caught a TD yet. Probably has nothing to do with the triple coverage he sees most of the game. If another WR can step up and make some plays, CJ's TDs will come.
