He tweeted this picture of a leg bruise he suffered against the Bills before his sack on EJ Manuel.

God damn.. I have never seen a bruise like that in my life.

LOL WTF...It looks like a tree landed on him. Jesus.

Can't decide what looks uglier, the bruise or his legs in general, which do not look remotely normal IMO. The left leg muscles around the knee seem more a product of him taking something, whether steroids or HGH or other. Maybe he was just flexing in odd way, but that just looks wrong. As for the bruise, Meh. I've seen worse on elderly people who are on blood thinners and prescribed steroids, which I'm pretty sure most NFL players take too much of thise as well. My dad sometimes had bruises like that over 75% of his body a couple times. He had heart problems along with COPD. Steroids to help him breathe plus blood thinners to help heart, slightest touch would cause him to bruise badly and a medium touch could break his skin causing open wounds. He got light-headed a couple times resulting in falls that brought on the largest bruisings.

Here are pics from a google search "prednisone bruising" (a prescription steroid) which is what my dad was taking.

Now, my dad was on both these things at the same time, which is why he bruised so easily over 75+% of his body...so yeah, not saying it was minor but I've seen worse and if he was playing after a hit that caused a bruise like that, then I'd put money on the extent of the bruising was due to something he was taking. The contact was likely pretty intense, but how many NFL players are showing bruises like that after worse hits (ones that took them out for at least a few plays and limited their ability to sack a mobile QB). I can't say it with 100% conviction, but I'm around 90% certain he was taking SOMETHING that caused that extent of bruising.
