They'll blow them out.

On the plus side, Cavs are at the Pacers, Hornets and Celtics play each other, Nets are at the Rockets, and Heat are at the Pelicans. Every favorable match up for Detroit. There's a chance they could be tied with like 5 other teams for the 8th spot after tonight.

It's pretty interesting the way to follow the 8th seed changes in each conference.

In the West, you always look at the loss column. Teams fighting for that last playoff spot are expected to win most nights, so the only way to tell where teams are is to see who has that loss advantage. Even if one team has three or four more wins than someone behind, the advantage can disappear in just week.

In the East, you have to look at the wins column. Of the teams fighting for those last two spots, you expect them to lose more often than they win. You expect that more than half the league is actually better than them on any given night. So even if one team has two or three fewer losses, it barely matters. You expect that the losses will be made up a lot faster than wins.

A win tonight puts the Pistons in the driver seat toward the playoffs. The matchups for other teams point towards losses, but that's going to be true most of the time anyway.

That would be really nice if they were able to claim the 7th seed. Toronto is so very beatable, and they always suck in the playoffs.

Aside from Reggie's shooting, the team is playing pretty well tonight, but that should be expected against the Knick's.

Monroe and Drummond beasting it today.

Meanwhile every wing player can't make a bucket lol

Jackson now 5 for 24 shooting... See many more games like this and the decision will be easy not to sign him...

down 1 and we don't drive to the basket.... stupid...

Monroe 3 critical misses at the FT line in overtime..

Awful call, refs didn't want to call offensive again.

Probably not going to get 2 charges in a row... still a bad call...

What a awful loss this will be... Jackson was horrible tonight... Only 5 assists in almost 40 minutes is terrible for a point guard..
