Levy out since game 1, returns to practice, and playing

I'm fine with him returning to practice, just as long as it doesn't interfere with his writing.

Mlive says don't expect him until at least Thanksgiving. Guess my question is at this point, would you rather roll with what you have now knowing they are healthy, or a Levy that hasn't seen consistent NFL action in like two seasons and probably won't even be close to 100 percent?

Get him out there now IMO, if he's an asset to the team right now. We don't have weeks to waste, and need to rattle of a few wins in a row, starting this weekend

Thanksgiving gives him more of a rest between games. Letting him practice this week and next gets him more ready for thanksgiving..playing jax and then short week for vikings is tough on the body. We need him more for vikings game. That game is huge for tiebreaker in north as we need to sweep them

I tend to agree with this. Would I like to see him play this Sunday...sure, but
coming back from basically a 2 year hiatus from football, for a jax game who are at least on paper not that good a team, to Thursday/Thanksgiving would be a short time to recuperate after the 2 years away.

Levy can actually be a difference maker, if truly healthy. Even at 85-90 percent, he's better than what's out there now. Give him the time and latitude to work his way in.

So, should there be a playoff run, he could make a difference.

This Jacksonville game is the game, in my opinion, if it's same old Lions or a new era. Home game after a bye against a weak team...we should roll these cats. If we don't, doubt and skepticism is the order of the day (not necessarily from me). For clarity's sake, and maybe I misunderstood the question, I say yes to Levy returning and starting ASAP, but am more than okay with him sitting this week. We shouldn't need him...

Run for the playoffs starts Sunday, get him on the field

Levy was so so at best against Indy.....and then missed ANOTHER 8 games. I have no problem with them waiting another week.

If we need Levy to beat Jacksonville.....we aren't a playoff team anyway.

If we don't force a few turnovers against them, this will be a much harder game than most expect. They beat Indy, beat Cago, and fought tooth and nail with the Packers. This game is not a fucking gimme. We're 5-4 and have made every game extremely difficult.

Who said this game is a gimme? I said we should win.....with or without Levy. I'd say that is pretty damn close to a fact. We're at home....off a bye.....and as healthy as we have been since week 1.

You seem like you need a Xanax
