Rodgers/ Finley/ Woodson only play 1 half

Lions only barely win 21-17

hopefully ATL loses tonight and we get a 5 seed and get to play Dallas/Giants

Packers resting, 34-6 Detroit.
Packers NOT resting, 34-6 Detroit.

24-17 Lions, IF both teams rest starters during the second half. (and depending on the weather forecast for GB, which I haven't checked as yet, but will a few days from now )

So the lions would score the same points vs the 2nd string as the 1st. Doesn't add up man.

Lions rest after 1st Q.

Lions haven't won there since 1997 is it?

Brian Billick says the Lions are the most dangerous team to the Packers in the playoffs.

Packers get up early, rest starters... Lions claw back into it and lose a close one 27-24

1991.

I think if rodgers sits the second half we win, that back-up QB last year sucked. if they play him the entire game (and i doubt they do) i think they win

Matt Flynn played well for the 1 and a half games he played last year. He threw for 177 yards against us in that 2nd half and then he had to start the Monday Night game in NE...where he nearly pulled off the upset. He went 24-37 for 251 yards, 3 td's, 1 int for a 100.2 QB rating.

Rodgers will probably play at most the first half I would assume. Sure McCarthy would like to win, and doesn't want to concede a loss to a divisional rival at home. But, he has to see that his team is nothing without Rodgers and the offensive line is shaky in front of him and they are going against one mean defensive line.

27-17 Lions

Flynn is a solid QB, and could probably start on a handful of team, but he still ain't no Rodgers. If he plays 3 quarters or a half we win. Lock up that 5th seed for a showdown vs. NY/DAL.

Lions 24
Packers 21

I really hope Hanson gets to kick the winner considering the hell he's gone through at Lambeau his entire career.

I wish the packers would have traded flynn. Instead he'll end up in seatle or somewhere else.
