Might as well make a thread dedicated to this.

Packers defensive tackle Letroy Guion was arrested for felony possession of marijuana and felony possession of a firearm in his hometown of Starke, Florida, according to a police report.

Guion was found to have 357 grams of marijuana after his truck was pulled over Tuesday night.

The officer who searched the truck also found more than $190,000 in one of the bags in which the marijuana was located, according to the police report. Both the currency and truck were seized and secured due to the amount of marijuana found.

According to the police report, Guion was "extremely uncooperative and hostile" while the truck was initially searched. The officer reported that Guion "kept coming toward the vehicle several times saying, 'Hey man, my money is in there. Don't let him take my money.'"

Guion then was secured in handcuffs.

Police said the total amount of cash was $190,028.81.

Guion was initially pulled over by police for "failure to maintain a single lane," according to the report. The 315-pound Guion was partially hanging out of the driver's side window, at which point the officer smelled marijuana, the report said.

Guion told police he had a weapon that was registered to him, and they found a 9mm semi-automatic handgun.

According to the Bradford County Sheriff's Office, Guion was released on $100,000 bond.

Guion, 27, joined the Packers last offseason and started every game. The former Minnesota Viking recorded a career-best 3.5 sacks.

For the second time in less than four months, Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle has been arrested.

According to police in Wichita, Kansas, Randle was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:53 a.m. Tuesday.

According to Wichita police, officers showed up at a hotel after receiving a call for domestic violence with a weapon. They found Randle and a 22-year-old woman at the hotel and observed marijuana in the room, which was rented to Randle.

Randle was arrested and issued a notice to appear in front of a judge. He was not booked and a mug shot was not taken. The police are investigating the domestic violence charge.

No weapon was found at the hotel, however, police are investigating whether another individual was there and left the scene before they arrived.

A Cowboys spokesman said the team had no comment.

Last October, Randle was arrested for shoplifting at a Frisco, Texas, mall for attempting to steal Polo underwear and a tester bottle of Gucci Guilty Black cologne. Randle made matters worse with inappropriate comments in the jailhouse toward a female employee as well as disparaging comments about previous arrests of teammates Dez Bryant and Josh Brent.

The Cowboys fined Randle an undisclosed amount, and he apologized.

"It's the biggest mistake I've ever made in my life," Randle said two days after his arrest. "I've never gotten in any kind of trouble in my whole life. This is just something I'll have to learn from and move forward."

Police in Washington, D.C., have arrested Indianapolis Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson and charged him with assault after an argument over a parking space.

A police report shows Jackson was arrested on the misdemeanor charge Tuesday. The report says a driver told police that Jackson punched him in the face and the back of the head during a dispute over a parking space.

A police spokesperson told ESPN.com that Jackson was arrested about 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday at the 1900 block of 12 Street NW in Washington after officers determined that Jackson assaulted another man. He was taken to the station's third district, where he was released later that night. He was given a notice to appear in court at a later date.

WJLA-TV in Washington reports that the driver, who is a pizza deliveryman, told Jackson he would be in the spot momentarily, but the Colts linebacker got angry, told him to get out of the space and allegedly assaulted him.

Jackson played for the University of Maryland before being selected by the Cleveland Browns in the second round of the 2006 NFL draft. He played for the team through the 2013 season. The Colts signed him as a free agent in March 2014.

"The Indianapolis Colts have been made aware that D'Qwell Jackson was charged yesterday in DC with a count of simple assault. When the Club learns more of the surrounding facts, it will make an appropriate statement," the team said in a statement.

Old news, well a couple days but:

Baltimore Ravens nose tackle Terrence Cody was indicted Monday morning for animal abuse involving a dog and an alligator, according to the Baltimore County Deputy State's Attorney in Maryland.

Cody, who was officially released by the Ravens on Monday, turned himself in when a warrant was issued and posted $10,000 bail. An investigation was started after Cody took his dog to a veterinarian for treatment and the dog subsequently died.

Here are the 15 counts facing Cody, according to Deputy State's Attorney John Cox:

Terrence Cody

Former Baltimore Ravens nose tackle Terrence Cody was indicted Monday for animal abuse involving a dog and an alligator.

• Two counts of aggravated animal cruelty involving a dog described as a Presa Canario Mastiff. Those are both felonies and carry a maximum incarceration of three years.

• Five counts of animal abuse or neglect involving the same dog.

• One count of illegal possession of an alligator.

• Five counts of animal abuse or neglect involving the alligator.

• One count of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

• One count of possession of marijuana.

Cody, a 2010 second-round pick, was nearing the end of a one-year deal with the Ravens and would have been an unrestricted free agent on March 10. The Ravens announced their intention to release on Jan. 23. Monday was the first day that teams can officially cut players.

At his end-of-season news conference, Ravens coach John Harbaugh said the "threshold of tolerance" had changed after five players were arrested last offseason.

"It's a privilege to play in the National Football League," Harbaugh said on Jan. 10. "It's a privilege to be a part of the Ravens. There's a standard to uphold there, and we expect them to [do that]."

Cody, 26, wasn't expected to be re-signed as a free agent. Brandon Williams excelled in his first season as a starting nose tackle, and the Ravens have depth along the defensive line.

Last season, Cody played only one game after being on the physically unable to perform list for the first nine weeks of the season. His only season as a full-time starter came in 2011.

with these thugs in the NFL this thread could rival KC's Tiger notes thread!

Maybe Harbaugh is changing the culture over there, finally, but the Ravens should have there own section. They're usually good for half a dozen.

WICHITA, Kan. -- Wichita police have dropped a drug charge against Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle.

Police spokesman Lt. James Espinoza said the suspicion of marijuana possession charge was dropped Friday because there were some inconsistencies.

Domestic violence charges against hardy dismissed because the accuser did not make her self available for trial. It is reported that they have reached a civil settlement. This is great...just pay off the victim and you don't go to jail.

If you do the crime, you do the time..well unless you have money.
