Matthews has a stroke

Family was in town so i didnt watch. I heard if you play Romneys talking points in reverse it says "i kill poor peoples babies" over and over again.

Right: He's channeling Margaret Sanger and echoing Obama's opinion on the issue. Whether they are in or out of the womb is inconsequential.

these things aren't really "debates" as much as they are "carefully scripted bullshit designed to make you the voter still think we live in a functioning democracy and you have a say in it so you don't start to actually participate in the system, and instead limit yourself to pulling a crank in a voting booth that selects one of two candidates, both of whom were carefully vetted by a complex political regime to ensure they would maintain the status quo in America."

So, I didn't really feel bad about not tuning in. I know I didn't miss out on anything important, and regardless of whether Romney "won" this one or not, I don't care; he's a shameless, scum-sucking prick, and I'm not voting for him either way. and don't get me started on Obama...

That's not the point, not the one I was trying to make. I don't watch them either, I don't think they mean much etc. But If Obama had a better night, you'd be all over this board talking about it. We all know you would.

Obama sucked...

let the rich white guy win and let the country go down in flames under his watch. Black people have gotten a bad name long enough in this country.

I wouldn't really care if Obama won or not. I expected him to, but it's not a big deal.

maybe if Romney said something shockingly awful (i.e. he was honest about what his policies are intended to do) I would post about it.

Yeah sure, we all believe that. Lol.

It's a shame Gary Johnson wasn't invited...would've stomped both these clowns. But I'm not surprised, the two parties work their hardest to keep the status quo.

i just think its funny that when it comes to taxes we cant raise them because of the job creators and all the jobs they create. But when it comes to jobs its obamas fault that hes not creating jobs.

Can some republican explain to me the disconnect and what im missing? I thought we gave tax breaks to companies and all this trickle down shit so they would create jobs.....we gave them the tax breaks and theres no new jobs. So how is that Obamas fault again?

These little asian fucks work twice as hard as you or else we whip them with chains. 1 bag of rice = 3 new walmarts in your town! Reagan for President bitches!"

what tax breaks are you referring to? Do you believe every company is getting a tax break?
US corporate tax is one of the highest in the world....get specific...Is Coca Cola(your company) receiving tax breaks?

I didn't watch it either; I was also on Miggie Triple Crown watch.

I didn't see the result posted before on this thread, so just let everybody know, Miggie won.

I think I'll write-in Miguel Cabrera, don't care if he doesn't meet the qualifications.

Im sure they get quite a bit, ya. Sooo....if they get a tax break for being a "creator" but they don't create anything shouldnt they have to give that money back? Or if they pocket it, go overseas and give the jobs to foreigners then ship the product back.....shouldnt they get the shit tarrifed out of their products? You know.....so were not throwing money straight to the profit margins of companies like were doing now and getting nothing in return.

"IF".....do they or dont they? I can bet they would lose employees if there hit with $2 Trillion in taxes like Obama's proposing

This, of course, isn't what you would be posting if it had gone better for Obama. BTW - did anyone on this board think there was EVER a snowball's chance in hell that Champ would vote for Romney? You didn't watch, because you thought Obama would wipe the floor with him.

I know, I know - you don't really care. Suuuure you don't. :bs:

I thought this was a strange line:

"Look, I've got five boys. I'm used to people saying something that's not always true but just keep on repeating it and ultimately hoping I'll believe it but that is not the case. All right?"

Kids lie, but repeating a lie in the hopes that it will catch on is a political thing, not a normal thing for kids to do. Kids tell lies when they're pinned down and they never want to revisit the story. They tell lies to hide a truth, not to manufacture a narrative.

I really would take care of that dog dad - can we get one, huh, can we get one? . . . really I would!

::chuckle::

I could live with less people shopping at walmarts and more at the local grocery stores if it meant our deficit was gone.
