Congratulations to the young guys. Both were unbelievable for interior linemen as true freshmen.

Brian Allen got a couple early starts, but by the end of the year was playing more than Travis Jackson who was banged up all season, he played the entire second half of our bowl game at LG where he'll start next year before moving to center to take over for his brother in 2016. He outplayed Jackson over all this season and is just ridiculously strong for someone his age.

McDowell was a beast at times last year, he's going to be a star.

10 Freshmen AAs in 8 years under CMD.

McDowell plays on the D line.

He's a beast. Hopefully we get to see him in Green & White for a couple more years.
